Group: An Open Letter To All U.s. Elected Officials:

As a citizen of the United States, I am outraged that you, our elected officials will not live up to your “Oath of Office” to defend this Nation. Many of you Do Not Support our military during this war on terror against the Islamic Fundamentalists who are hell bent on killing each and every one of us. Just in case you have forgotten, below is the oath that you swore prior to taking office. “I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter” Instead of listening to taxpaying, voting Americans, you are pandering to the "open border" organizations and giving lip-service to citizens that you are serious about securing our borders. Protecting our homeland begins at our nation’s borders and it is imperative that our border enforcement agencies be provided with the necessary resources to ensure that we know both who and what is entering our country. Congressman Duncan Hunter wrote the Secure Fence Act, extending the San Diego fence 854 miles across California, Arizona, New Mexico and Texas. It is my understanding that the Security Fence Act was voted on and approved, funding appropriated and to date. “No Fence”. I am Irish-born and extremely proud to call myself an American Citizen; in fact my anniversary date of my U.S. Citizenship is February 15th and I celebrate this wonderful event each and every year. Now, below is the Oath that I swore prior to becoming a U.S. Citizen and I can tell all of you I live up to that oath each moment of each day. “I hereby declare, on oath, that I absolutely and entirely renounce and abjure all allegiance and fidelity to any foreign prince, potentate, state, or sovereignty of whom or which I have heretofore been a subject or citizen; that I will support and defend the Constitution and laws of the United States of America against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I will bear arms on behalf of the United States when required by law; that I will perform noncombatant service in the Armed Forces of the United States when required by the law; that I will perform work of national importance under civilian direction when required by the law; and that I take this obligation freely without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion”. I am disgusted by the consistent lack of respect for American citizens who are being forced to cope with the economic upheaval brought on by the growing masses of illegal aliens invading our land, and the horrible crimes that many of these illegals are committing. In closing I wish to state, that if “God Forbid” a terrorist attack should occur in one of our cities and it is determined that people, materials or components of any device used came across our porous borders you all need to be held accountable, to the full extent of the U.S. Law.
